Stefan Schmid, one of our longstanding employees, has passed the master craftsman's examination in metal construction. Ever since he started, Stefan was convinced that he would soon become a master craftsman and later work as a workshop manager. He has consistently followed this path to this day. Under the guidance of his master, Alex Schwab, and the operations manager Rudolf Prex, he was able to develop efficiently and pass the master craftsman’s examination with great success. More important than every performance in an exam, is growing into the leadership role of a master. This process will take a lot longer than a master craftsman’s examination and will require a lot more. Alex Schwab will now take 5 years to slowly but progressively introduce Stefan to the tasks of the future. In addition, the training of young employees will already be involved. At Neumayr, the following applies: Young people have to be led by young people. This is particularly important in times of digitization and a turning point after Corona. With Stefan Schmid, a master in metal construction, we have a jewel in production who is as professional as he is passionate about this important area of the company.
