We have successfully changed and developed the format of the annual target plan in recent years, although the core idea has always remained the same. At the beginning of September, all managers were again given the task of discussing their points from previous years together with the respective employees from the various areas of the company, to add to them or to consider them as completed, and to draw up new points and formulate them.
By 28.10. and 04.11.2022, these were then discussed in advance with the respective contact person from the management and presented for discussion on the respective JZP days and then jointly decided. On 18.11.2022, the results from the two previous days were then presented to all managers in the company. From this day on, the implementation of the annual target plan 2023 will begin.
As the Corona pandemic has receded further into the background and the corresponding restrictions have also largely disappeared, it was again possible to hold this annual target plan entirely in attendance. We hope that this will continue in the future and wish the best for the next annual target plans - perhaps also again with a joint time-out on the weekend away from the company.
As a conclusion of our 5th season "annual target plan", all employees and participants of the JZP were invited to a joint barbecue in the evening. With meat skewers, rice from the grill and sufficient beverages one let pass everything again in review and finish the day together.
We have also summarized all results from the 3 very intensive days for everyone in printed form and already sent it to all partners, customers and suppliers.
