Within 3 weeks, the various areas and departments in the company presented their goals for 2022 and the subsequent ones to the management.
Unlike the last annual target plans, this time it was up to the employees themselves to work out and prepare the individual points in advance. As a conclusion, the individual managers presented the decided points to the management team on the last Friday.
