Dr. Dr. Cay von Fournier, the owner of Schmidt College, believes that we can only achieve change in management if we change the minds of our employees. For this reason, he presented "Entrepreneurial Energy 5.0" during a 2-day seminar with us. He showed possibilities which are now to be implemented by Neumayr's managers.
Our company is ready to commit itself even beyond the defined areas of responsibility. Positive leadership has been proven to bring about a more positive basic mood in the team and in the company. This in turn leads to more strengths being recognized, solutions being found and challenges being better mastered. The training gave us the opportunity to question our own leadership thinking and behavior to see where we are already good and where there is still room for development.
Dr. Dr. Cay von Fournier has already been a mentor to our Managing Director Walter Gürtner since 2002, and has been developing entrepreneurial energy at Neumayr together with us ever since.
The primary goal in the coming years is to give employees a home, to connect generations, and to ensure the continuity of the company.
