Hong Kong is the financial hub in all transactions with China. Its significance is continuing to decline, however. The former British colony has hit considerable political upheaval at the moment and is losing its status. We will nevertheless continue to maintain our company under the management of the lawyer Jennifer Wu-Sharsing. Hong Kong is facing change.

In Chateau Regalia, we have been living in a villa with 350 m² of living space since 2015. This location is home, office, warehouse, and meeting location. Ever since we began renting our own property in Beijing, we have belonged there. Furthermore, Chateau Regalia has also just become a little piece of “home” for Walter Gürtner.
