Communication training with Lars Effertz
As part of Neumayr's management training, communication trainer Lars Effertz imparted his tips on clever interaction, confident communication and goal-oriented persuasion in the company in a 2-day training course. With this knowledge, he showed us what it means not simply to persuade, but to convince.
We learned to deliver conclusive arguments, to build relationships and to develop ourselves as employees and as a company.
Lars Effertz presented these skills to us extremely well on site at the Neumayr Academy. Now it is up to each individual to pick up the ball and develop themselves. Communication is the basis of every business unit of the future and an absolutely important core competence of every manager.
